Which shops do you support?+
The Cyprus beta currently targets nine retailer adapters: JD Sports, Cosmos Sport, Sneaker10, Intersport, Athlokinisi, Runner Store, Petro Sports, Pamboris and Sneakers Hero. An adapter may be paused if its current data becomes unreliable.
What counts as one free watch?+
One watch follows one sneaker model across all supported retailers. You can include multiple preferred EU sizes and an optional target price in that watch.
Do you check whether my size is really in stock?+
We look for live selectable inventory and ignore generic manufacturer size charts. Retailer inventory can still change between a scan and checkout.
Will every listed deal deliver to Cyprus?+
We filter known Greece-only and other non-Cyprus restrictions. Final delivery eligibility remains the retailer’s decision at checkout.
How do alerts arrive?+
After review, we help you connect Telegram securely. Your welcome message confirms the activated watch and is clearly labelled as a confirmation—not a live deal. Later alerts depend on current retailer evidence.
Is Tracker+ available now?+
Not yet. Tracker+ at a proposed €4.99 per month and up to 10 active watches is the recommended post-beta plan, subject to validation and payment launch.
Do you sell the shoes?+
No. Sneaker Tracker is an independent discovery service. Purchases, payments, fulfilment and returns are handled by the retailer.
