Terms of Use
Terms for accessing the Sneaker Tracker website and free private beta.
1. Current service
Sneaker Tracker is an independent sneaker-discovery and alert service. The current private beta is free. Submitting a request places it in a review queue; it does not guarantee acceptance, activation, an alert or the availability of a product.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms, and provide accurate contact and watch information.
3. Retailer independence
Sneaker Tracker does not sell footwear and is not an agent of the retailers referenced. Product purchases, payment, stock allocation, delivery, returns, warranties and disputes are between you and the retailer. Brand and retailer names belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
4. Alert limitations
Prices, sizes, stock and delivery conditions can change after a scan. We aim to filter known Cyprus restrictions and generic size-chart text, but do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted monitoring, delivery eligibility, savings or successful checkout. Always confirm the retailer’s current product page and checkout terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, submit unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with monitoring, overwhelm forms or endpoints, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that infringes third-party rights.
6. Beta changes
We may accept, reject, pause, change or stop watches, retailer adapters or beta features. We may suspend access where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or reliability.
7. Intellectual property
The Sneaker Tracker name, site design, original copy and supplied brand artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks and product imagery remain the property of their owners.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Sneaker Tracker is not responsible for retailer acts, missed deals, price changes, stock changes, delivery refusals or indirect losses arising from reliance on an alert.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution rights remain subject to applicable consumer law.
10. Paid service
Tracker+ is planned but is not currently available for purchase. Paid terms, trader identity, total price, cancellation rights and checkout disclosures will be supplied before any subscription is sold.
11. Contact
Questions, complaints and notices may be sent to info@sneakertracker.eu.
These beta terms should be reviewed by qualified Cyprus/EU counsel before paid launch.
